DELIVERY

 

Our beans are roasted fresh every week to ensure top notch quality. The beans are then packed and labelled. We aim to get all orders processed and sent ASAP, no later than the Friday of that week, 1st class. Depending on the date of the roast will determine how long it takes for your order to come through. 

 

When you place your order, please allow 1-4 days for this to be processed and up to 3-5 business days for delivery. If you place an order late in the week there is a chance that this will not be processed until our next roast the following week.

Delivery will be charged at:

£3.20 For 1 Bag (250g Bag)

£2.00 For 2 Bags up to £20

£20.00 & above gets Free Shipping

Large orders 2KG and over typically get sent via UPS

 

We are currently not shipping to the rest of the world.

THE YAKKA COFFEE TUBS CLUB

Welcome to The Yakka Coffee Tub Club, the subscription service that takes away the hassle of having to order your coffee meaning you never get caught short without a cuppa.

 

Origin of the Tub - A Hewer (A miner that loosened rock & minerals in the mine) would typically get paid based on the number of 'Tubs' (tram wagon/cart) they filled and the quality of the material they put in. Prices used to vary depending on the geological quality of the material & the volume of tubs filled. It is for this reason we have the 'Tub Club', you get discount for the more you subscribe too.

 

Tub Subs – Weekly/Monthly – This service allows you to stipulate how often you want to receive coffee, when you place your order it will put an automatic repeat in so that you receive the same order on your renewal date, this has no end date and can be stopped at any time. It is an auto renewal service. A weekly subscription will get you 9% discount, a monthly subscription gets you 5%

 

If you love a cuppa & go through bags & bags then weekly will be the best option for you, if you take your time and do 1 or 2 bags a month then go monthly. **NOTE** If you order 2 bags and choose the monthly option, you’ll get the same 2 bags the following month, if you order 2 bags and go weekly, you'll get the same 2 bags the following week

SATISFACTION & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love our coffee. If you do not, please get in touch, we'll be happy to discuss this with you.

 

We have a 30 day returns policy, meaning, we will accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return the items must be in the same condition that you received them, unopened and unused. You will also need a copy of the purchase. Please contact us using info@theyakkacoffeeco.co.uk to discuss a return, anything sent back to us without prior discussion will not be accepted as a return. 

PRIVACY POLICY

Here at The Yakka Coffee Co, we receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may provide information direct to our suppliers to fulfil your request, information will never be sold.
